Use of different brands of the antibiotic ceftazidime was monitored over three time periods to assess the influence of sales representatives on prescribing patterns. The study found that there was a significant impact based on the results of evaluations of each agentĘs average number of new prescriptions per month, number of grams dispensed per month and dollar values of those prescriptions. |
